Finding time to take care of yourself can be challenging when faced with change and uncertainty. We understand the importance of the mind and body working together to give you the tools to be successful. The Counseling and Wellness Center has adjusted support to provide online therapy for students in order to practice social distancing. Students experiencing an urgent mental health need still have access to on-call counselors and overnight/weekend emergency phone-support service remains available.

The Care Team, as part of the Dean of Students Office, provides support to on-going care-based services. The Care Team helps students, faculty/ staff, families, etc. in success planning, resource referrals, medical petitions, and instructor notifications.
